Expanding and relocating the golf pro shop to a more prominent and accessible location allows for a significantly larger retail space. The new layout provides an upgraded shopping experience and improved service with a wider selection of merchandise, apparel, and equipment designed to support the club's continued growth and engagement.

Updating key social spaces, including a complete renovation of the Grille Room, an expansion of the ballroom, and the addition of a grab and go coffee bar and dedicated wine room creates a more modern and comfortable dining atmosphere. These improvements are designed to elevate the clubhouse's dining and event offerings and support a vibrant, engaging community.
Supporting the Club Behind the Scenes.
This project will introduce 5,000 sq. ft. of brand-new space in the form of an Operations Wing which will provide improved employee facilities, office space, and consolidated storage.
