Ashburton Drive
Along Ashburton Drive are thirty three (33) single family homes. These homes range in size from 2,400 to 3,500 sq.ft. of A/C living space with views of the 8th fairway, the preserve and water along that fairway, or the 8th green. Other Ashburton Drive homes have views along the 9th fairway or green. Most of the these homes have Bermuda-style exterior architecture. The lanais and pools for most of these homes are facing south.
Devon Green Lane
Designed for a maintenance-free lifestyle, Devon Green is a beautiful neighborhood of thirty-three (33) single family homes ranging from 2,200 to 2,800 sq. ft. of A/C living space. Devon Green homes have wonderful views of the 5th fairway and lakes. Exterior maintenance, including painting and roof maintenance are provided by the Devon Green Home Owners Association. Montclair Condominiums
